Jaw-Dropping Celebrity Private Jets & Yachts – Take A Deep Breath!
The world’s greatest stars can travel in style and comfort that most people can only fantasize about. If it is for their pleasure or for business, these celebrities have spent fortunes to own their own means of transportation, customizing them to their personal needs.
Some celebrities even go as far as learning to pilot airplanes themselves, while others collect them. Either way, we can only assume their financial advisers are not too happy about it as collecting yachts and jets may not be the best financial strategy. First world problems…
John Travolta – Boeing 707, Estimated $4.5 Million

John Travolta is one of our biggest aviation fans on the list, having his own pilot’s license, owning several planes and being an honorary pilot for the Australian aircraft company, Qantas. Travolta also went as far as building 2 customized runways and a huge hangar for his jets on his Florida home, essentially making it a functional airport.
Travolta is the proud owner of a Bombardier Challenger 601, Boeing 727, Boeing 707 and 3 Gulfstream jets, estimated to cost over $50 million in total and his Florida airport home is said to be worth around $4M.
Nicholas Cage – Sarita, Estimated $20 Million

Nicholas Cage became the center of the celebrity news when he reportedly spent his huge fortune of $150 million on… well, just about anything he laid his eyes upon! Talking about a large amount of money spent, Cage went for 4 yachts, with each of them coming at a price tag of $20 million. Nevertheless, when he had to liquify his assets to pay back some rather hefty debts and taxes he only sold 3 of his maritime acquisitions, keeping his most loved one, “Sarita”, his favorite, that can accommodate comfortably 12 people in its 6 cabins. The yacht consists of 3 decks, a spacious one for dining, one with a fully-equipped and stocked wet bar and one with equipment for water-sport enthusiasts.
