Melissa McCarthy, 50, Schauspielerin
Durch die legendäre Serie „Gilmore Girls“, wurde Melissa McCarthy erstmals bekannt. Sie war schon immer ein bisschen fülliger gewesen und irgendwie machte ihr Körper auch die meisten ihrer komödiantischen Charaktere aus. Als sie einmal für eine Rolle 30 Kilo durch eine radikale Diät, die nur Flüssigkeit erlaubte, abnahm, ging es ihr dabei so schlecht, dass sie sich schwor, nie wieder so etwas zu tun.
In den letzten Jahren hat sie jedoch wieder einige Kilos abgenommen, doch dieses Mal durch eine langfristige Lebensumstellung, die eine gesunde Ernährung und genügend Bewegung beinhaltet. Heute sieht die 50 Jahre alte Melissa total klasse aus.
