I’m an avid user of Apple products and I have to say, I’m a little disappointed with an error of this magnitude. As the dominant tech solutions provider in North America, Apple has to ensure that they countercheck their products before availing them to consumers. That being said, it’s great to see that Apple has rectified their mistake

Definitely didn’t expect this from Apple…I’ve always regarded them as leaders in quality products. Think this is just the occasional odd happening. Best believe they’ll be back on their feet in no time. We’re all allowed some leeway every now and again.

Way to go Apple! Well, am not going to act as though this is allowed in business, but, think we can all admit that they are definitely trying to sort things out. By admitting fault and offering suggestions on how to rectify, I believe they are laying a blueprint on how all companies need to respond to disasters.

This is great! MacBook Keyboard repairs for free! there’s no way I’d ever be willing to pay $700 just to get the keyboards fixed for something that’s their own fault!
