Bret Baier: $7 million

Like many other famous journalists, Bret also started his career by joining a local station in Rockford, Illinois. He then went to become a part of WRAT-TV and then CBS. After CBS he joined NBC. In 1998, he sent an audition tape to Fox News with an intention to get a job in Fox network. He was then hired by them as the network’s Atlanta Bureau chief. He was also titled as the Fox network’s White House correspondent in 2007. He became best known as the host of Special Report with Bret Baier. William has never felt the need to apply for a credit card or mortgage loan as his salary of $7 million a year was enough to satisfy his luxury life. He has also been a Pentagon correspondent for Fox Network due to which he had to take 13 trips to Iraq and 11 trips to Afghanistan.
