Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett boasts a net worth that is estimated to be nearly $90 billion already, but it seems like he knows how to be very smart and practical with his finances. To this day, he has been living in his house in Omaha, Nebraska, which he purchased way back in 1958.
Its price tag back then was $31.5K, but that amount is estimated to be $250K these days. The house’s current total value is said to be $652.6K. Buffett said that he didn’t upgrade to a lavish mansion because living in his Omaha house already makes him very happy.
