According to Jeff’s wife, Lori, he now looked like a city man; more modern and sophisticated than his previous style. However, the makeover was so different that some unexpected issues arose. When they reached the airport and were ready to board their flight back to Missouri, his identity had to be double-checked. He didn’t look anything like the person in his driver’s license! Security issues demanded that extra verification had to be made. Eventually, he was able to board his flight. But that’s definitely a testament of how huge the change was.
