Amy Locane Didn’t Renew For Season 2
Rhonda’s roommate on the show, Sandy Harling, played by Amy Locane, didn’t have the chance to appear again on the second season of the show. She was fired, along with Vanessa, though she thought her character was there to stay. It seemed like she would make a decent career in Hollywood but it all went downhill after she accidentally killed a 60-year-old woman while drunk driving. Locane was sentenced to three years in prison and was only released in 2015. In 2019, Locane started facing a new sentence for the fatal vehicle crash that happened in 2010 and she could face another 20 months in prison if her appeal gets rejected.
