The Actual Set Wasn’t On The Real Melrose Place
The exteriors of Melrose Place were actually shot in an apartment called El Pueblo at 4616 Greenwood place, Los Angeles. Aside from taking your selfie, you can even own one of the units. However, unlike in the TV show, this apartment complex does not have a pool, so don’t even expect an infinity swimming pool. There is actually a real Melrose Place street; you just have to walk down the intersection of Melrose Place and La Cienega Boulevard but there are no prime residences in the area. Only famous and expensive stores like Marc Jacobs and the Oscar de la Renta boutique can be found there.
