Over a 40-year acting career, Alec Baldwin has played many different characters, but he never had to lose weight for a role! Upon discovering that he had pre-diabetes came as a real shock to the actor; this motivated him to cut out sugar to get his body back into shape.
Baldwin’s wife, Hilaria, who happens to be a yoga instructor, helped with healthier eating choices, and soon Pilates and spin classes were also part of his daily schedule. The star’s new lifestyle helped him lose an impressive 30 pounds, and he looks incredible.
