Chris Moyles had multiple reality checks of sorts – first when his son showed him a game similar to 20 questions that asked if he was overweight. Later, he pulled a muscle while taking food out of the fridge. These incidents led to him ditching the 2000 calorie diet and adopting a schedule that involved a lot of running and healthy eating.
The greasy pizzas and fatty ice creams, his staple foods for a long time, were replaced with omelets, salads, and juices. The result was a formidable loss of 72 pounds!
