Television personality Kirstie Allsopp decided that her lifestyle needed a makeover after it came to light that she served as an inspiration for the curvier side of things out there. Although she knows that there is nothing wrong with loving the body you’re in, she decided that she wanted to inspire women to be healthier and wanted away an incredible twenty-eight pounds!
Kirstie now gets up early for runs, eats a well-balanced diet and she has completely phased potatoes, sugar, and wine out of her diet. We reckon those are small sacrifices to make, to look the way she does now!
