We know the legendary Abby Lee Miller from the famous television show ‘Dance Moms.’ Unfortunately, due to some personal issues, she had to take a break. But now, after her battle with cancer, she is all set to return to our screens. Interestingly, her looks have significantly changed over the years as Miller has managed to lose a lot of weight.
Thanks to her consistent attitude, she lost a surprising 127 pounds, with the help of physical exercises, including yoga, dancing, and some weightlifting. However, what’s even more inspiring is the fact that Miller continues her weight loss journey, and is willing to share it with us all.
