Dawn French, Delicious, 105 Pounds
Following her split from Lenny Harry, Dawn French dramatically started to lose weight and has left us in awe of her dedication ever since. But the actress has maintained that her motivation to lose some weight and get fit was always her health, not her divorce. She says that in the past few years, she lost a whopping 105 pounds.
Dawn also told her fans that her transformation was not easy and added that there had been no magical wand or anything else, just a low-calorie diet and weeks of running and walking.
