But, singer-fashion designer Jessica Simpson went into the battlefield of weight loss like a champ and came out 100 pounds lighter! The real question, however, is, ”How did she do it?”
The star hired a personal trainer who helped her set a workout regimen. Jessica started by working up to 14,000 steps daily and had a diet that comprised of three protein-rich meals and two snacks. She even cut the booze to get the maximum benefits of the program.
