With the training, Kimberly was also forced to stick to a super strict diet. We say strict because even the tiniest forms of processed sugar and refined carbs, like rice crispy treats, were abolished from her pantry. That, combined with uncompromising aerobics and cardio, six days a week, did the trick. No pain, no gain, folks!
