Carnie Wilson’s journey to her lighter version is one of a kind and an inspiration. We all remember that during her time in ‘Wilson Phillips,’ she struggled with weight and was over three hundred pounds. But in the ’90s, Carnie decided to undergo gastric bypass, and surprisingly, the songstress lost a staggering 150 pounds in just sixteen months.
But after her second pregnancy, she struggled with putting the weight off and realized that it is high time to work on it. On her doctor’s and team’s advice, Carnie decided to follow a nutritious diet complemented with physical exercise.
