‘ITV’ star Mark Labbett has a bit of an unconventional weight loss story. Although his journey to a healthy lifestyle started in 2019, it got kicked up another level in 2020 when he lost his appetite due to illness and didn’t eat for two weeks!
Luckily Mark is a smart man and used this fluke to his advantage. So far, Mark has lost an astonishing eighty-two pounds, and he’s keeping it off by exercising regularly and being sensible about his eating habits. We’re certain Mark wouldn’t recommend getting sick to lose weight, and neither would we, but what a way to make the best out of a bad situation!
