Sometimes the thought of our short time in this world can scare us, and that is what happened to ‘Seinfeld’ star Wayne Knight, who, after a meeting with his cardiologist, decided to change his life for the better. It took a team of three, a psychiatrist, a trainer, and the cardiologist to get the actor back in shape, and we can proudly say they succeeded!
Deciding to do it the hard way, Knight developed a healthy eating routine with a stringent workout and therapy, and all the work seems to be worth it as he lost an incredible 100 pounds! He certainly looks chiseled and better now, and we hope he keeps it up!
