Actress, model, and TV personality, Kirstie Alley has struggled with finding diets to suit her. With a constant battle to lose weight, the ‘Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan’ star often found her weight fluctuating.
Luckily, Alley seems to have finally found a diet that works for her with the renowned ‘Jenny Craig.’ The program cuts out any uncertainty over what to eat by delivering pre-prepared meal plans to the user. By cutting out her favorite unhealthy foods; cheese, cookies, and linguine, Alley has managed to keep the pounds off.
