Reality television star Rachel Frederickson garnered some criticism for her rapid weight loss during her time on the show ‘The Biggest Loser.’ Still, we reckon when you’re on a show about losing weight, the goal is clear, and she nailed it with a tremendous one hundred and fifty-five-pound drop in body mass!
After being crowned the winner on season fifteen of the show, Rachel returned to everyday life, and according to her, she is in a great mood with her health and stunning transformation intact. We reckon we’d be content with ourselves too!
