Hannah Zeile is best known for playing Kate in ‘This is Us.’ Zeile credits the show’s body-positive message for helping her to love her body – no matter what size. It is hard being a teenager without being in the spotlight. So we commend Zeile for spreading positivity and not letting Hollywood beauty standards change her or get her down.
Zeile has not lost weight through unrealistic crash dieting. Instead, she has simply made healthy choices. We also think perhaps the 22-year-old’s age is a factor in her weight loss. After all, who didn’t have a little puppy fat in their teens?
