Jordin Sparks was always a plump girl who loved food and was comfortable with her size until a health scare in 2010 prompted her to change her lifestyle. The singer went on a strict diet plan that included better control of food portions and carbohydrate intake.
The famous ‘Tattoo’ star didn’t stop there, though, and she also decided to get in shape, picking up exercise that involved doing yoga, pilates, and some weight lifting. To top it off, she started doing ‘Sensazao,’ a form of ‘Zumba,’ and 18 months later, she had shed an impressive 50 pounds!
