Chaz Bono is famous for his stint at the dance competition ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ and after the competition, he went on a journey to lose some weight. Chaz had been chubby his entire life but decided to change his lifestyle to a healthier one.
Meat and vegetables delivered by ‘Freshology’ were his go-to meal plan, and the singer has maintained that strict diet for a while now, and for his efforts, he’s 60 pounds lighter. To keep in shape, Chaz continued with his dance classes and took up martial arts training, and it is no wonder he looks fantastic now!
