Patience, hard work, and discipline was all the actress needed, and with time she managed to lose 168 pounds and dropped to a size 14, from size 30!

Lisa’s change consisted of the basic stuff; she cut down on her frequent meals, stuck to vegetables, and incorporated Zumba into her life. The method worked wonders, so much so that she shared her regimens’ details in her book, ‘Honesty Diet.’

Jordin Sparks was always a plump girl who loved food and was comfortable with her size until a health scare in 2010 prompted her to change her lifestyle. The singer went on a strict diet plan that included better control of food portions and carbohydrate intake.
