‘ITV’ star Mark Labbett has a bit of an unconventional weight loss story. Although his journey to a healthy lifestyle started in 2019, it got kicked up another level in 2020 when he lost his appetite due to illness and didn’t eat for two weeks!
Luckily Mark is a smart man and used this fluke to his advantage. So far, Mark has lost an astonishing eighty-two pounds, and he’s keeping it off by exercising regularly and being sensible about his eating habits.
