While Mo’Nique has undoubtedly had a majorly successful career in Hollywood, with an Oscar and a Grammy award under her belt, the comedian has grappled with weight issues since she was 17. The comedian has put that in the past, though, as she looks svelte and gorgeous!
To get there, the actress lost 100 pounds, and it is down to the amount of exercise and wholesome changes she had to make to her diet. Mo’Nique also cut on her sugar and processed foods intake and stuck to taking raw foods, combined with dance training, and we must say, the results are astonishing!
