Missy Elliott shared various snaps of herself, looking beautifully toned and glowing and even revealed the secret behind her weight loss metamorphosis. It turns out that cutting out bread and drinking plenty of water is really the way to go, according to her.
It was hard for the star to completely block out junk food, for she has a big sweet tooth. But she managed to bring it down by eating only two frosted cupcakes a month and stopped drinking all kinds of soda and carbonated drinks. Four months since she vowed to change for the better, Missy flaunted abbs. How very fascinating, don’t you think?
