After ‘Fergalicious’ singer Fergie, welcomed her child into the world, she had to deal with both excess baby weight as well as an injury which she sustained during a performance with her band ‘The Black Eyed Peas.’ She did, however, not falter and lost an amazing fifteen pounds despite her setbacks!
With her body needing to heal, vigorously exercising was out of the question, so she settled on a more spiritual approach and opted for yoga instead of smashing weights in the gym. It just goes to show that sometimes you must take it easy to achieve the desired results!
