The Mad About You plot revolves around a married couple played by American actors Helen Hunt and Paul Reiser. The series ran from 1992 to 1999 and became a huge success. Both of the actors started earning big money, $1 million per episode to be specific, which made them one of the best-paid entertainers during the run of the popular sitcom. Perhaps that also meant that at the time, they also had one of the best savings accounts a sitcom actor could ever have had.
