Il calciatore del Sassuolo e della Nazionale italiana e la sua compagna Francesca, imprenditrice nel settore della ristorazione, formano una delle coppie più riservate del calcio italiano. Si sono conosciuti nel 2015 nella loro Cariati, in Calabria, paese natale di entrambi, quando Berardi iniziava a emergere nel mondo del calcio.
Dopo sette anni di fidanzamento, nel 2022 hanno coronato il loro amore con un matrimonio intimo in Costa Smeralda, seguito dalla nascita del primo figlio, Tommaso, nel 2023. Una storia lontana dai riflettori, che unisce la carriera sportiva di lui e gli affari di famiglia di lei tra Sassuolo e la Calabria.
