Mary Elizabeth Spacek, bijnaam Sissy, is een Amerikaanse actrice bekend van haar rol als Carrie in de gelijknamige horrorfilm. Sissy is al meer dan 40 jaar getrouwd met Jack Fisk met wie ze twee kinderen heeft; Schuyler en Madison. Ze heeft een uitgesproken gezicht met een puntige neus.
