Caroline Tensen is al sinds de jaren tachtig actief in de Nederlandse tv wereld en heeft al verschillende programma’s gepresenteerd voor meerdere omroepen. Ze is gelukkig getrouwd met haar man Ernst-Jan Smids. Ze wordt prachtig ouder met een paar keer per jaar hulp van een botox spuitje. Verder blijft ze altijd goed op gewicht en sport ze regelmatig. Dit niet geheel zonder risico helaas, aangezien ze gevallen was met haar mountainbike. Social Media ging los en dacht dat het om een partijtje slechte botox ging, maar niets was minder waar.
