Luke Thill started building a tiny home to spend his summer in a productive way but there was one more reason for it. The young boy stated something no 13-year-old probably had ever said before. Thill said he wanted to be an owner of a home without a huge mortgage to pay. One thing is sure, this young man deserves applause and our admiration and he can serve as an example for many grownups on how to save cash.
