Il s’agit de l’un des acteurs les plus attachants de la série Pawn Stars. Austin ‘Chumlee’ Russell est aussi appelé Chumlee et on lui donnait aussi comme nom « l’idiot du village ». Quand le père de Chumlee est mort suite à un cancer de pancréas en 2009, l’acteur pesait dans les 145 kilos. Chumlee était conscient que son surpoids pourrait avoir de sérieuses répercussions sur sa santé. C’est pour cette raison qu’il a décidé de changer son mode de vie et ses habitudes alimentaires. Avec l’aide de Tanya, sa petite amie, il a commencé à s’entraîner dans les salles de sport tout en suivant un régime alimentaire strict. Grâce à ses efforts, il réussit à perdre 34 kilos.
