La chanteuse Amel Bent n’a jamais eu peur d’évoquer son problème de poids. On l’entend d’ailleurs en parler dans sa chanson « Ma philosophie » où elle dit qu’elle a des « formes et des rondeurs ». Bien qu’elle ne se sente pas mal dans sa peau, elle a tout de même décidé de se mettre au régime pour se sculpter un corps de rêve. Sur Instagram, la star a confié son secret pour perdre sur poids. En l’espace de 4 mois, elle s’est débarrassée de 17 kilos. Sa technique ? Manger sainement en arrêtant de consommer trop de pain, de fromage, de soda et de fast food.
