Shakira Bought An Island In The Bahamas For $16 Million
The popular singer Shakira can certainly afford any travel deal she wants as she is super rich. In fact, the Colombian singer, songwriter, and dancer is so rich that she bought an island for $16 million. Well, she didn’t make this purchase alone as she shares the island with Roger Waters from Pink Floyd. The gorgeous 700-acre island is located in the Bahamas and their plan was to create a luxury destination for the rich with hotels, boutiques etc. It’s not a bad idea for an investment, actually! Any wealthy celebrity who wants to enjoy a private beach or stay in a deluxe condo can visit their island, assuming the pay for the privilege, of course.
