Ivanka Trump, former President Donald Trump’s daughter, a businesswoman, and Jared Kuschner, an American investor, reportedly paid about $24 million for this waterfront estate. Besides, this island is located off the coast of Miami in Biscayne Bay and has 40 homes with one road connecting the entire island.
Being a guard-gated island, it is very secure. The couple owns 1.26 acres of the estate in this paradise. Now, that’s a good reason to say goodbye to the white house.
