David Letterman and Regina Lasko | 33 Years
David always had a complicated love life, which may be the reason behind his failed first marriage. His first wife, Michelle Cook, played a crucial role in encouraging him to work in the entertainment industry. They both separated ways in 1977.
After Michelle, he was often spotted with Merrill Markoe. Finally, in 1986, his heart intertwined with Regina Lasko, and the duo dated for around two decades. Lasko and Letterman tied the knot on 19 March 2009 and are now proud parents of a beautiful son.
