Back in the ‘60s, Melissa Gilbert had already started making money as a young girl with a stream of features in commercials and TV productions. She lived out every girl’s dream when she walked down the aisle in 1988 with Bo Brinkman, however, in 1992, they decided that they weren’t meant to last.
She married again in 1995 but it wasn’t until 2013 that she finally exchanged vows with her soul mate Timothy Busfield. Their kindred souls were brought together from shared experiences with both of them having had two failed marriages. They have five children between them and they also overcame distance to finally figure out that they belong together.
