Susan Sarandon – 75 Years
Susan Sarandon is a well-known American actress and activist who has been involved in many social and political causes over the years. She is perhaps best known for her roles in the films Thelma & Louise and The Lovely Bones and has received honors and awards throughout her career for her contribution to the Hollywood industry.
She has starred in over 50 films. Susan has been in the news for her activism and support of Bernie Sanders during his presidential campaign. Sarandon was one of several Hollywood actors, filmmakers, and writers that were interviewed for the documentary The Celluloid Closet, which examined how LGBT has been depicted in Hollywood films in 1995.
