NICHOLAS COCHRANE – 48
Nickolas Cochrane, popularly addressed as Nick, is best known for his commendable role as Andy McDonald in Coronation Street. Nick also ventured into television and radio presenting; he briefly worked on the MUTV channel, interviewing footballing legends Roy Keane and David Beckham OBE.
He is last seen making a guest appearance on BBC2’s Celebrity Eggheads, taking on Buttons’ role in Cinderella, and the Scarecrow in The Wizard of Oz, both at the St Helens Theatre Royal. He is currently making his first film, A Study in Red: The Secret Journal of Jack the Ripper. He lives in Manchester with his wife Denise and their two children.
