Joanna Lumley – 76
Joanna Lumley, is India born British actress best known for her work in the television sitcom Absolutely Fabulous. Lumley took up modelling, however her lifelong ambition was to be an actress. She appeared in a series of small roles, including one in the James Bond film, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, and she enjoyed a stint on the television drama Coronation Street.
Lumley achieved stardom in the popular British TV show The New Avengers. She earned several British Academy of Film and Television Arts Awards. Recently, she joined an international line-up of actors in backing calls for the Great Barrier Reef to be placed on a list of world heritage sites in danger.
