André René Roussimoff & Robin Christensen Roussimoff At Age 40
Still considered to be one of the best professional wrestlers of all-time, André Réné Roussimoff (best known as André the Giant) suffered from a condition called acromegaly, which caused him to be a huge man. Not much is known about André’s quiet life outside the ring. He had one daughter with a wrestling public relations worker called Jean Christensen. André’s daughter, Robin Christensen Roussimoff, was born in 1979 and inherited her father’s massive build. While growing up, Robin rarely saw her father, who was frequently busy wrestling other men on stage and traveling all around the U.S.
