Adele – 45 kilos, pour se remettre de sa rupture
La chanteuse britannique Adele a révélé son incroyable perte de poids en octobre 2019, à la suite de sa rupture avec son mari Simon Konecki, six mois plus tôt. Bien qu’elle ne se soit jamais exprimée au sujet de sa perte de poids, elle aurait commencé par des séances d’entraînement d’une heure, trois fois par semaine !
La chanteuse aurait suivi un régime bien plus strict, limitant sa consommation d’alcool et se concentrant sur une alimentation plus variée. Dans l’ensemble, même si la raison de sa transformation pourrait être sa rupture, Adele fait des efforts pour être heureuse et en bonne santé, et ça se voit !
