Elle a réalisé cette prouesse en travaillant avec une nutritionniste et en faisant preuve de « modération », a-t-elle déclaré lors d’une interview avec le magazine People. Et même si elle ne s’est pas penchée sur les détails de son nouveau régime et de son plan d’entraînement, Banks a déclaré que l’équilibre était essentiel. Toutefois, le mannequin a encore du mal à renoncer à un aliment qu’elle affectionne en particulier et c’est la crème glacée.
