On se souvient tous de Jorge Garcia dans la série culte Lost. Même si son poids n’a jamais été un problème pour lui, les producteurs de la série mondialement connue l’ont encouragé à perdre ses kilos en trop pour retrouver la forme. C’est pour cette raison que Jorge a perdu plus de 16 kilos pendant la diffusion de la série. Depuis la fin de la série, l’acteur avait repris les kilos difficilement perdus. Il décide d’agir et de se faire poser un anneau gastrique. Grâce à cette opération, il perd 45 kilos tout en reprenant le sport et en changeant son alimentation, ce qui lui permet d’afficher une incroyable silhouette.
