Elle est la fille de l’ancienne star de la NFL Phillippi Sparks. Jordin Sparks n’avait que 17 ans lorsqu’elle a remporté la victoire à la sixième saison de l’émission American Idol. Devenue une star, elle est l’une des candidates de l’émission à avoir connu beaucoup de succès. C’est en 2013 qu’elle a décidé de se débarrasser de ses quelques kilos en trop. Pour perdre du poids, Jordin a confondu sa routine de conditionnement physique avec la course, la boxe et la Zumba. Et parce que l’exercice seul ne fera pas l’affaire, Jordin a complètement revu son régime. La star a réussi à perdre 23 et paraît plus resplendissante de jamais.
