L’animateur de C8 a confié que s’il faisait trop de télé au lieu de certaines activités plus nobles, c’est parce qu’il était vénal et qu’il aimait l’argent. Avant de confier que son salaire était entre 15 000 à 20 000 euros par mois, il a rajouté qu’il n’y a rien de pire que d’être vieux et pauvre. C’est grâce à ses émissions à succès comme « Les Terriens du dimanche » et « Salut les Terriens » que l’animateur gagne bien sa vie.
