La fille de Josiane Balasko a souffert du surpoids depuis son jeune âge. Cela ne semblait pas lui déranger, car elle a l’habitude d’incarner des personnages ronds. Mais Marilou Berry comptait aller bien plus loin dans sa carrière et pour cela, il lui fallait se débarrasser de ses bourrelets. Pour y arriver, elle n’est pas allée par quatre chemins et a décidé simplement de rayer la malbouffe de son alimentation. Elle a aussi géré la quantité de nourriture qu’elle avalait. Le résultat est bluffant, car elle a perdu 25 kilos en un rien de temps. Comme vous pouvez le constater, il n’y a rien de mieux qu’un bon régime alimentaire pour lutter contre le surpoids et manger sainement, boire beaucoup d’eau et ne pas oublier la règle des cinq fruits et légume par jour ou plus.
