Dans son livre « The Living Clearly Method », écrit trois ans plus tard, Hilaria a admis : « C’était un réveil alarmant qui l’a secoué jusqu’au plus profond de lui-même ». Et le professeur de yoga s’est ensuite donné pour mission de l’aider à éviter cette maladie dévastatrice.
